Orders will be processed within 48 hours. The items will be shipped once your payment is cleared. You will be informed via email should there be any unavoidable delays. Orders must be received by 12 noon Malaysian Time to be processed that day.

Currently, we use Malaysia Pos Laju for shipping. The cost of shipping is charged in Ringgit (RM). You need to convert the shipping cost USD using the rate of RM1 = USD0.275.

RETURNS

We are confident that all new items sold are defective free. Thus, all items ordered are not returnable. We only offer an exchange for selected item.
For ICT related items, the warranty is 1 year limited warranty. Any after delivery problem, should be directed to manufacturer service centre. We do offer a delivery service with a small fee. Please email us for details.
